Welcome To Pixie Sticks!The History of Pixie Sticks Pixie Sticks comes from a term I created one day out of humor. While thinking up a shop name for myself on Gaia Online from the minishops section I combined Pixels and Stick Figures. This was largely due to the fact that I had a shop where I was selling miniature requested stick figures, but as pixel dolls. It was more or less a play on words of 'pixiesticks'- those straws filled with sugar, or child crack as I like to refer to it. You can see a sample on the left. Growing up with my two best friends being amazing artists I took comfort in knowing I could at least create a stick figure. Over the years my stickfigures have slowly developed into something much more than a simple stick figure, they've become pixiesticks.
The Future of PixieSticksAs I progress my pixel work I'ld like to use this site as a showcase of what I once was, what I currently am, and what I hope to become. I'm still learning and growing, but I hope that one day I can look at something I've done and be able to say to myself, "Now that, that I am proud of".
